Mars or Bust

You’re in charge of launching a rover to mars. Your objective it to get the rover in 300 days or less. If you go too slow the rover would be lost and will cost more money to launch a new one. Your given 820 million dollars and everyday of operation cost will cost you and each launch will cost you as well. You win if you can get the Rover to Mars before you run out of funds.
